Founding Charter
The Dubai
AI CX Council

Work exported from Dubai, never imported into it.

Known in everyday use as Dubai AI CX  ·  Convened by Automatic Works Group, a DIFC AI Licensed company

01 The Claim

Why We Exist

Every framework that defines customer experience today was written somewhere else. The benchmarks, the research, the certifications, all built in other cities and shipped here for us to adopt. For thirty years this region has been a reader of that story, never its writer.

AI is resetting the most basic question in business: what does it mean to serve a customer well? When a question resets, the right to answer it resets too. The new answer is unclaimed.

We intend to claim it from Dubai.

02 The City

Why Dubai

Not out of sentiment. Out of arithmetic. This city serves more nationalities, more languages, and more industries per square kilometre than anywhere on earth. Whoever learns to serve this city's customers has quietly learned to serve everyone's.

Dubai has spent fifty years proving it can import the world's best. The next fifty are about exporting its own. Customer experience in the age of AI is where we start.

Don't import the answer. Dubai it.

03 The Horizon

The Horizon We Serve

The UAE has told the world where it is going: the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, one waypoint on the fifty-year road to Centennial 2071. A nation can set a horizon. It cannot walk there alone.

This council is a private answer to that public call. Independent, unofficial, entirely voluntary. One domain, the moment a company meets a human being, and one dedication: making this country the world's reference point for it.

04 The First Goal

A Billion Conversations, One Room

Before the first report, before the first standard, one number comes first. Fill the founding seats until the people at this table personally answer for

0

customer conversations a year. No institute in London and no analyst firm in Boston can gather that. This city can.

And when that room speaks, it will not be opinion. It will be testimony.

05 The Line We Hold

What We Will Never Be

NeverA sales channel
NeverA product advisory board
NeverA stage for anyone's roadmap

The moment this room becomes a market, it stops being worth anyone's time, and we know it.

06 Three Circles, One Council

Who Builds This

First Circle

The Founding Seats

Four to six. Invitation only.

Senior operators from different industries, each bringing a world the others cannot see. What we offer instead of money is rarer: defining a field before the field knew it needed defining.

Second Circle

The Fellows

The VPs and directors who own the work.

Fellows shape the substance. Their insight feeds the sessions and the annual report, and their names stand in its contributor list. Future council members rise from here.

Third Circle

The Practitioners

The floor. Closest to the customer.

Team leads, quality analysts, conversation designers, AI trainers. Ground truth from live operations. The answer is not in the boardroom alone. It is on the floor.

07 Who Leads

Leadership

Automatic Works Group convenes the council, organizes it, and funds its beginning. It does not lead it. The Chair is drawn from the members themselves and rotates as the council matures. This room is led by the people in it.

The council's Founder provides continuity across the years, whoever holds the Chair, so that what starts here does not depend on any single season of enthusiasm to survive.

08 The Seat

What a Seat Means

A seat asks for almost nothing. Ninety minutes a quarter. A real position put on record. A hand in one published report each year.

And it means a great deal. Your name on original research. First sight of how AI is remaking industries beyond your own. A room of peers that exists nowhere else in the region. A founding place in something built to outlast all of us.

Little is asked. Much is meant.

09 The Destination

The World We Are Building

01

Problems die before customers see them.

The complaint that never happens becomes Dubai's default setting.

02

"Contacting support" becomes memory.

A resident goes a full year without holding, queuing, or re-explaining.

03

Arabic AI reaches full parity with English.

Proven in Dubai first, then handed to fifty million speakers across the region.

04

Thirty thousand agents become AI trainers.

Higher pay, better work, and Dubai authors the answer the whole world is afraid to ask.

09 The Destination
05

The Dubai Standard.

How the planet measures AI-era customer experience gets written in our sessions and cited on five continents.

06

A reason to relocate here.

The proof, the data, and the standard live in Dubai, so the companies follow.

A generation grows up never having known bad service.

And every other city spends a decade catching up to what this one made normal.

10 The Work

How It Runs

4
Sessions a year

Structured, honest: context, discussion, open floor. A written record of what was decided and why, back in members' hands within two weeks. Nothing here is allowed to lead nowhere.

1
Report to the world

The council's flagship on the state of AI-driven customer experience. Conceived here, written here, read everywhere. Exported from Dubai, never imported into it.

This charter belongs to the council, not to the company that convened it. Members review it, amend it, and after the first year, own its direction.

In 2071, when this country marks its first century, someone will ask where the world's thinking on customer experience came from.

We are building the answer.
